And despite the oƯicial nature of my March 6 letter, all The Bright Spot is looking for in the short term is a brief continuance of the currently scheduled 3/18 meeting simply to allow for the dispositive documents parties are awaiting in response to public records act requests to arrive, and to be presented to the Council.
Seems a brief delay in discussing the merits of the matter at issue is justified - if for no other reason than letting established facts come to light, enabling the Council to reach the appropriate decision on the issue. In the grand scheme of things, a 14-21 day delay is a fair trade if the payoƯ is support for the correct answer.
