Subject: Communications

On March 27th I spoke with Jim Frazier. He called to ask for my support in not revoking the permit to Authentic. He mentioned that he told Authentic he would give me a call and ask for my support. I listened and did not provide an opinion on how I would vote.

On March 27th I met with the UFCW and they wanted to show support for Authentic as being a union organized shop and hoped they could keep their permit so more union jobs could open.

2 On Tuesday, March 4th I spoke to Josh Lewis and Devin Wardlow from Embarc . They were asking me for my support in revoking the permit. I listened to their statements and provided no opinion on how I would vote.
