Good morning. Thank you again for your help last week. I have two follow-up questions regarding one of the documents you shared with me (attached).
1. Can you share with me the License Change Request referenced in the attached document (in the second recital – the date referenced is September 30, 2021) and any of the supporting documentation that came along with it?
2. The document is dated April 6, 2022, but one of the recitals references November 22, 2024 – so I’m wondering if this document is backdated or if this is a typo in recitals? I’m guessing it is backdated since Authentic Fairfield did submit a letter to DCCC on 11/22/2024. Since it is docusigned I don’t know if there’s a way to prove when it was signed and if it is, in fact, backdated somehow.
I may have some additional follow-ups as I’m working through what you shared. Thank you again for your help, have a good start to the week,
