RESOLUTION NO. 2025-49
ACCEPTING THE FAIRFIELD ADAPTIVE SYSTEM TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. HSIPL-5132(050) AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with Bear Electric Solutions, Inc. (BES) for the Fairfield Adaptive System Traffic Signal Improvement Project, Federal Aid Project No. HSIPL - 5132(050) (Project) on August 15, 2023, by Resolution No. 2023-212; and
WHEREAS, BES has completed the Project in accordance with the contract approved by council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the Project as complete pursuant to the agreement between the City and BES approved by the council on August 15, 2023.
