SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE FAIRFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
RESOLUTION NO. SA2025-01
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE TERMINATION OF RECORDED
DOCUMENTS AFFECTING REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON MANGELS BOULEVARD MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 0148-540-030
WHEREAS, the Successor Agency to the Fairfield Redevelopment Agency of the City of Fairfield (Successor Agency) is the owner of the property located on Mangels Boulevard, more commonly known as Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 0148-540-030; and
WHEREAS, the Successor Agency entered into a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) with HJ Shein, Inc. recorded on February 18, 2000, and six subsequent amendments (collectively, the DDA); and
WHEREAS, the DDA expired on June 4, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Successor Agency would like to execute and record the proposed Termination of Recorded Documents Affecting Real Property allowing the DDA to be removed from title.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE FAIRFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The Board of Directors approves the Termination of Recorded Documents Affecting Real Property.
Section 2. The Board of Directors authorizes the Executive Director to do all things necessary to implement and execute the Termination of Recorded Documents Affecting Real Property attached as Exhibit A.
