CALL TO ORDER
Vice Mayor Pam Bertani called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doriss Panduro, Scott Tonnesen, Manveer Sandhu, K. Patrice Williams, and Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani. Mayor Cat Moy and Councilmember Doug Carr were absent.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council and Housing Authority went into closed session on the following item:
F.1 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (Government Code 54956.8) Property: Suisun Valley Road and 1-80 (City of Fairfield) - APN: 0027-260-230) Agency negotiator(s): David Zellers, David Gassaway, David Lim Negotiating parties: NorthBay Health
Under negotiation: Easement
Present were City Manager David Gassaway, Assistant City Manager Savita Chaudhary, City Attorney iDavid Lim, and Community Development Director David Zellers.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Vice Mayor Bertani adjourned the meeting at 5:57 p.m.
