FAIRFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO. HA2025-02
APPROVING THE FAIRFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY'S PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY ANNUAL PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026
WHEREAS, to receive Housing Choice Voucher funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Fairfield Housing Authority must submit an approved Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan to HUD; and
WHEREAS, the Fairfield Housing Authority prepared the required updated PHA Annual Plan for the fiscal year 2025-2026; and
WHEREAS, the FHA Annual Plan notice was advertised in the Daily Republic for 45 days beginning on February 23, 2025, and a Public Hearing was held on April 15, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FAIRFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The Annual Plan, as attached hereto, is hereby approved and accepted.
Section 2. The executive director is hereby authorized and directed to do all actions required to submit the Annual Plan to HUD.
