FIRST AMENDMENT TO REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE
FUNDING AGREEME NT BETWEEN
SOLANO TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
AND
CITY OF FAIRFIELD
FOR
WEST TEXAS COMPLETE STREETS PROJECT
This First Amendment ("First Amendment") is made between the Solano Transportation Authority, a joint powers authority organized under Government Code section 6500 et seq. consisting of the County of Solano and the cities of Benicia, Dixon, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun, Vacaville, and Vallejo ("STA"); and the City of Fairfield, a municipal corporation ("City"), each individually referred to as "Party" and collectively as the "Parties" to be effective as of , 2024
1. RECITALS
A. The Parties entered into a Funding Agreement on August 31, 2023 (the "Agreement") to allocate $1,195,000 of Districts 2 and 4 Regional Traffic Impact Fee ("RTIF") funds for the West Texas Complete Streets project (the "Project").
B. The Parties now desire to amend the Agreement ("First Amendment") to increase the budget for the Project.
C. The Parties agree to amend the Agreement as set forth below.
2. AGREEMENT
This First Amendment represents a budget increase of $175,000 from RTIF District 4, for a total RTIF commitment to the Project of $1,370,000.
3. EFFECTIVENESS OF CONTRACT
Except as set forth in this First Amendment, all of terms and conditions specified in the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
