CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cat Moy called the meeting to order at 5:18 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Catherine “Cat” Moy. Councilmember Doriss Panduro was absent.
Councilmember Manveer Sandhu arrived at 5:41 p.m.
No persons wished to speak in person or via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council and Housing Authority went into closed session on the following items:
F.1 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (Government Code 54956.8)

Present were City Manager David Gassaway, Assistant City Manager Savita Chaudhary, City Attorney David Lim, and Human Resources Director Farbod Pirouzmand.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:55 p.m.
