A. CALL TO ORDER 5:00 PM
Mayor Catherine " Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
On roll call were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Manveer Sandhu, and K. Patrice Williams, Vice Mayor Pam Bertani (virtual via Zoom), and Mayor Cat Moy. Scott Tonnesen was absent.
C. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember Williams led the Pledge of Allegiance.

There were no public speakers.
E. PRESENTATIONS
EA Inclusionary Housing

Sr. Management Analyst La Tanya Terrones and Housing Services Director LaTanna Jones provided a presentation on the development of an Inclusionary Housing policy. Ageneral discussion followed. No formal action was taken.
E.2 Budget Update
Director of Finance John Furtado provided a presentation on the Budget Update. A general discussion followed. The council provided direction to staff. No formal action was taken.
