RESOLUTION NO. 2025-75
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE RED TOP ROAD WIDENING IMPROVEMENTS AS
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized an improvement agreement with Albert D. Seeno Construction Co. (Developer) for the required improvements for the Red Top Road improvements on June 20, 2023, by Resolution No. 2023-155; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all required improvements in accordance with the subdivision agreement approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the improvements as complete pursuant to the agreement between the City and the Developer, as approved by the council on June 20, 2023.
