RESOLUTION NO. 2025-78
ADOPTING UPDATES TO THE LANDSCAPE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE GUIDELINES AND DUTIES
OF THE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2023-26 Establishing the Fairfield Landscape Oversight Committee and Setting Forth Guidelines and Duties of the Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Landscape Oversight Committee and City staff collaborated during the February 27, 2025, and March 20, 2025, Landscape Oversight Committee meetings to prepare the final proposed edits to the Landscape Oversight Committee Guidelines and Duties of the Committee Exhibit “A;” and
WHEREAS, at the April 1, 2025, council meeting, the council de termined that the Landscape Oversight Committee shall be subject to the same attendance policy followed by other City committees and commissions and directed staff to incorporate the policy into Exhibit “A;” and
WHEREAS, at the April 17, 2025, Landscape Oversight Committee special meeting, the Landscape Oversight Committee reviewed and approved the Proposed Exhibit “A.”
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The council hereby approves the updated Landscape Oversight Committee Guidelines and Duties of the Committee, set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
