AMENDMENT #7

City of Fairfield
[email protected]

RE: LINEAR PARK- NODE 4A CSI 5-YEAR IMP. PLAN/ Construction Administration Services

Caroline,

This memo is to request additional consultant fees for Callander Associates (CALA) and our consultant team to continue services stated in the original contract for construction administration related tasks. The additional fee request is based on the contract for the Design Services Agreement for the Linear Park - Node 4A Community Spaces Initiative 5 -Year Implementation Plan (Contract) dated August 30, 2018.

The scope has been updated to address additional time to support the City of Fairfield with construction administration related services for the project as it begins construction in early 2025 and continues for an anticipated 240 working days. In addition to the scope changes, the fees reflect annual rate increases by that team that account for the extension of the project schedule. The scope includes:

1. Additional time added to replenish the construction administration budget due to project timeline extensions including time required for coordination and plan updates related to the project hold and restart, additional RFI’s during the bid process, and budget allocated to assist the City with the project bidding.

2. Additional effort in support of the City team on completing conform plans and specifications.

3. Bi-Weekly Construction Meetings (30 mins weekly for the first 6 months and 1 hour monthly for the duration of the project).

4. Additional construction administration related tasks during the additional two (2) months of construction added to the schedule.
