CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-105
ESTABLISHING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 7910 and Article XIIIB of the California Constitution, the approved appropriations limit for fiscal year 2025-2026, as calculated pursuant to Exhibit A, is hereby established at $343,299,000.
Section 2. The city manager is hereby authorized to implement this resolution.
