CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-107
APPROVING VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City Council adopts the fiscal year 2025-2026 Vehicle and Equipment Purchases provided in Exhibit B.
Section 2. The council suspends competitive bidding when utilizing a cooperative purchase agreement or sole source purchasing and hereby authorizes the city manager to approve their use in Vehicle and Equipment Purchases, provided in Exhibit B.
Section 3. The city manager is hereby authorized to approve the purchase amounts in Exhibit B, not to exceed 20%. Additional costs shall be paid out of the department’s operating budget.
