RESOLUTION NO. 2025-113
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TERMINATE THE “AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
FAIRFIELD AND THE FAIRFIELD BAPTIST CONFERENCE CHURCH PROVIDING FOR THE REPAYMENT OF REIMBURSABLE AGREEMENT MEMORANDUM NUMBER 11” ASSOCIATED WITH ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 0034-050-180 TO REIMBURSE THE CITY FOR THE
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfield adopted Resolution No. 88-276 authorizing the mayor to execute an Agreement Between the City of Fairfield and the Fairfield Baptist Conference Church Providing for the Repayment of Reimbursable Agreement Memorandum Number 11 (Reimbursement Agreement); and
WHEREAS, the Reimbursement Agreement was recorded on November 9, 1988, in the Official Records of Solan o County, concerning the reimbursement to the City for certain public improvements and miscellaneous costs on the parcel located in the City of Fairfield, County of Solano, State of California: Assessor’s Parcel Number 0034 -050-180 (2397 Heat Drive) in the amount of $31,740; and
WHEREAS, Parkway Community Church is the current owner of the property; and
WHEREAS, the City acknowledges and agrees that the City has received in full the reimbursement amounts due under the Reimbursement Agreement and, accordingly, desires to terminate the Reimbursement Agreement as provided herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City Council finds and determines that the recitals contained herein are true and correct.
Section 2. The council authorizes the city manager to sign and do all things necessary to terminate the Reimbursement Agreement.
