CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Catherine “Cat” Moy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, S cott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, Vice -Mayor Pam Bertani and Mayor Moy. , Councilmember Manveer Sandhu was absent.
Larry Cannon spoke via Zoom at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on the following item:
F.1 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—EXISTING LITIGATION

Workers Compensation Claim by Christopher Bell

Present were City Manager David Gassaway, Assistant City Manager Savita Chaudhary, City Attorney David Lim, Human Resources Director Farbod Pirouzmand, Human Resources Manager Angela Broaddus, Fire Chief John Sturdee, Kathleen McDonald, Keith Epstein, and Sunny White.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:44 p.m.
