Mr Lim,
Please see the council receives the following photos. The towels you see are keept in the cabinet. The doors are open so you can see them. The small towels on the washer are going in the hot towel warmer. These are the towels that were out during the inspection. As you can see there is more then adequate lighting in each room. If a pillow and a blanket in a massage business is misconstrued as someone sleeping at the business, then the code enforcement officer clearly knows nothing about a massage business. I have no idea what his reference to no proper supervision is referring to. As my wife was at the business at the time of the inspection, along with a licensed massage therapist.
