STATEMENT OF ISSUE
Due to a clerical error, Resolution 2025-122 states that the City of Fairfield has funding available and will program $2.6 million in State and Local Transportation Development Act (TOA) funds instead of $1.5 million.

DISCUSSION
While the agenda report was writt en correctly, Resolution 2025-122 published on July 10, 2025, incorrectly stated that there is $2.6 million in State and Local TOA funds that is available and programmed. The att ached Resolution 2025-122 has been revised to match the agenda report and state that the City has funding available and will program $1.5 million in State and Local TOA funds.
