CALL TO ORDER
Vice Mayor Pam Bertani called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Manveer Sandhu (5:07 p.m.), Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, and Vice Mayor Pam Bertani. Mayor Cat Moy was absent.
No members of the public wished to speak at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on the following items with the listed people present:
