Subject:Hotel turned into homeless housing.

Hello, City Clerk Karen Rees
Deputy City Clerk Esther Beavers

Hello my name is Bradley Rowland. I was born and raised in Fairfield. My family owned part of Paradise Valley where the golf course now sits. We still own 5 acres and 3 rentals in Paradise Valley. We also own a business near this hotel. Over the past 7 years we have had nothing but horrible problems with the homeless in this area. From being threatened with bodly harm, stealing, trespassing to huge amounts of our money spent on cleaning up thier trash and human waste.

In the past this idea was considered but shot down. This proposal is antibuisness and will only bring more crime to the area. The proposal must be voted down. This is an absolutly a horrible idea. This is the north entrance of our city. Why would this even be considered at all. The city has done a great job in adding Valley Strong and now Quick Quack. Why tear this part of the city down.

Thank You,

Bradley Rowland
