Amendment 1
To Professional Services Agreement
Between
City of Fairfield
and the
Park Consulting Group
This Amendment No.1, made by and entered into as of the _____ day of ______________, 2025, by and between the CITY of FAIRFIELD, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “CITY”), AND PARK CONSULTING GROUP (hereinafter “PARK”, for the purpose of reviewing the Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter “AGREEMENT”) dated November 7, 2023 between the parties. This Amendment does not take effect until signed by both parties.
The revisions to the AGREEMENT are limited to those specific below. All other provisions of the AGREEMENT remain in effect as set forth in Exhibit “A”.
The AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
1. The AGREEMENT term is extended from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026, after which time it is not our intent to renew.
2. Exhibit B-2 will replace Exhibit B to increase payment maximum from $557,400 to $600,000.
3. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
Except as specifically set forth herein, all terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT between the CITY and PARK CONSULTING GROUP, dated November 7, 2023, shall remain in full force and effect.
