CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-148
ACCEPTING THE WEST TEXAS STREET UTILITY RELOCATION PROJECT AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with Cratus, Inc. (Cratus) for the West Texas Street Utility Relocation Project (CPW090044) on July 16, 2024, by Resolution No. 2024-187; and
WHEREAS, Cratus has completed the Project in accordance with the contract approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the Project as complete pursuant to the agreement between the City and Cratus approved by the council on July 16, 2024.
