CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Caterine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams (arrived 5:10 p.m.), Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy. Councilmembers Doriss Panduro and Manveer Sandhu were absent.
No members of the public wished to speak at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on the following item with the listed people present:
F.1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, and Public Works Director Sanjay Mishra.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
