Dear Mayor Moy,
I OPPOSE rezoning the Sure Stay Inn property, on North Texas next to Texas Roadhouse, to create a “Housing First” facility. This unsupervised facility would be dangerous to the community, potentially increasing the crime rate exponentially for nearby residential areas and businesses.
Unforfunately, I am not able to attend the Paradise Valley meeting this evening. However, I wish to go on record as AGAINST this project. Please urge your Fairfield City Council colleagues to vote NO!
