Do I have the answer? Sadly no, but this carte blanche residency sounds horrific.
I have personally been accosted by the drug addled on the sidewalks/street corners of Fairfield and literally witnessed several people falling onto the street into oncoming traffic ( in all stages of undress)Scary enough.
Let’s discourage the drug environment and focus our attention on housing and feeding families with children, women and seniors on the streets.
Keep Fairfield safe for all.
