My name is Robert Osborne, I live at 582 Fiesta Ct, Fairfield, CA 94533. I highly oppose the rezoning of the SureStay Inn on North Texas St.. We already have enough homeless in the area which the city does nothing about. I see them every day around Raleys, CVS, and Lowes. Please do not allow this to happen, Vacaville said NO and Fairfield needs to do the same.
