Subject: Zoning Change for Homekey Project

Hello Councilmember Tonnesen,

It was good to see your dad Saturday night at the Native Sons oyster feed. Bud and Lenny look good.

I am writing this email because I have a real concern with this project. The zoning change paves the way for Danco to redevelop this property. Our family owns property close to this project. We already have major problems with trespassing, contiual littering, and human Some people who received this message don't often get email from [email protected]. Learn why this is important CAUTION: This email originated from outside the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.

2 waste we have to clean up. If this project is approved we will have additional problems on this property. More Fairfield residents are now finding out about this project and most oppose it. This is an anti business project and does not belong in a business district. What disturbs me is Danco promised to have community meetings. This never happened. We found out the day of the council meeting. What do they have to hide? This is unacceptable and should be a huge flag to you and the other Councilmembers that voted yes. Please vote no on this zoning request.

Thank you,

Brad
