2 I understand a proposal for a zoning change for the Homekey project is up for vote for the property at 3331 N. Texas St. Please take into consideration the negative impact this will have to our community, local businesses as well as the residents. This has a huge potential to draw in even more vagrants, increase crime, and lower property values. The proposed area is near a nice housing development and as a homeowner in the Manuel Campos area I would like to keep it that way. Please share my discord on this project with the city council.
