CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 5:08 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.
Present in person were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Manveer Sandhu (arrived 5:18 p.m.), Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Cat Moy.
No members of the public wished to speak at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on the following item with the listed people present:
F.1. Labor Negotiations
Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Human Resources Director Farbod Pirouzmand, and Finance Director John Furtado.
The council came out of closed session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 6:06 p.m.
