Amendment 1
To Professional Services Agreement
Between
City of Fairfield
and Eide Bailly
This Amendment No.1, made by and entered into as of the _____ day of ______________, 2025, by and between the CITY of FAIRFIELD, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “CITY”), AND Eide Bailly (hereinafter “Consultant”), for the purpose of reviewing the Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter “AGREEMENT”) dated July 11, 2025 between the par ties. This Amendment does not take effect until signed by both parties.
The revisions to the AGREEMENT are limited to those specific below. All other provisions of the AGREEMENT remain in effect as set forth in Exhibit “A”.
The AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
1. Th
e total contract price for services rendered by CONSULTANT under this Agreement shall not exceed $260,000.
Except as specifically set forth herein, all terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT between the CITY and CONSULTANT, dated July 11, 2025, shall remain in full force and effect.
