CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-165
DESIGNATING THE CITY’S REPRESENTATIVE TO THE SOLANO ANIMAL CONTROL
AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfield is a member of the Solano County Animal Control Authority (SACA), a Joint Powers Authority; and
WHEREAS, SACA is administered by a Board of Directors , composed of one representative from each of the participating agencies ; and
WHEREAS, on March 4, 1986, the City Council approved Resolution 86-32 designating the city manager or the public safety director as the City’s representative to the Board of Directors of SACA; and
WHEREAS, the council desires to designate the city manager, or designee , as the City’s representative to the Board of Directors of SACA.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
The city manager, or designee, as the City’s representative to the Board of Directors of SACA.
