Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.

No members of the public wished to speak at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on the following item with the listed people present:
F.1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation (Gov't Code Section 54956.9(d)(2-4) Re: Vista Ridge Project (Danco Developers)
Gov't Code Section 54956.9(e)(5) - A statement threatening litigation made by a person (Mr.
Richard Tso) outside an open and public meeting made on this matter on August 15, 2025 Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, and Human Resources Director Farbod Pirouzmand.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:09 p.m.
