Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 5:14 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.

Phil Bailey spoke at public comment via Zoom. No other members of the public wished to speak.
The City Council went into closed session on the following item with the listed people present:
F.1 Conference with Legal Counsel —Existing Litigation
(Paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9) Workers Compensation Claims by Brett Morris Claim Nos. FFL2400068, FFL2200171 and FFL2400084
Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Human Resources Director Farbod Pirouzmand, Assistant Human Resources Director Angela Broaddus, Police Chief Dan Marshall, Kathleen McDonald (Zoom), Jennifer Snell (Zoom), and Assistant City Attorney Annette Brennan F.2 Labor Negotiations
Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Human Resources Director Farbod Pirouzmand, Finance Director John Furtado, and Assistant City Attorney Annette Brennan.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:55 p.m.
