ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY SAFETY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM CYCLE 9 HIGH-INTENSITY ACTIVATED CROSSWALK SIGNALS PROJECT, FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. HSIPL-5132(051) AS
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with St. Francis Electric, LLC. (St. Francis) for the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 9 High-Intensity Activated Crosswalk (HAWK) Signal Project, Federal Aid Project No. HSIPL -5132(051) Project (Project) on May 16, 2023, by Resolution No. 2023-124; and
WHEREAS, St. Francis has completed the Project in accordance with the contract approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the Project as complete pursuant to the agreement between the City and St. Francis approved by the council on May 16, 2023.
