STATEMENT OF ISSUE
The subject Solano County Civil Grand Jury Report s were issued on July 3, 2025, and requires a response by the City of Fairfield no later than Wednesday, September 30, 202 5. A written response, to be signed by the police chief, is attached.
DISCUSSION
The Solano County Civil Grand Jury requested the Findings and Recommendations in the reports pursuant to Penal Code §933.05. The Grand Jury has provided the Solano County Civil Grand Jury 2024-2025 School Resource Officers Report and the 2024-2025 Police Homeless Outreach to the City of Fairfield . Per Penal Code Section 933, the City must respond to the findings and recommendations. A copy of the City’s responses is attached.

ALTERNATIVE ACTION
