AMENDMENT NO. 2
TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD AND
OPPENHEIMER INVESTIGATIONS GROUP LLP
This Amendment No. 2 , made by and entered into as of the ______ day of _____________, 2025, by and between the CITY of FAIRFIELD, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “CITY”), and OPPENHEIMER INVESTIGATIONS GROUP, LLP (hereinafter CONSULTANT), for the purpose of reviewing the Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter “AGREEMENT ”) dated J une 13 , 2024 , between the parties. This Amendment does not take effect until signed by both parties.
The revisions to the AGREEMENT are limited to those specified below. All other provisions of the AGREEMENT remain in effect as set forth in the previous legal services agreement.
The AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
1. The AGREEMENT modifies Exhibit “B” of the Original Contract, which specifies the maximum compensation payable to the consultant not-to-exceed $100,000. The agreement is amended to raise the not- to-exceed amount by an additional $100,000 to reflect a maximum no-to- exceed amount of $200,000; all other terms and conditions of the original contract remain the same.
Except as specifically set forth herein, all terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT between the CITY and CONSULTANT, dated June 13, 2024, shall remain in full force and effect.
