Amendment 1
To Hosting Services Agreement
Between
City of Fairfield
and the
MaintStar, Inc.
This Amendment No.1, made by and entered into as of the _____ day of September, 2025, by and between the CITY of FAIRFIELD, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “CITY”), AND MAINSTAR, INC. (hereinafter “MAINSTAR”, for the purpose of reviewing the Hosting Services Agreement (hereinafter “AGREEMENT”) dated September 27, 2022 between the parties. This Amendment does not take effect until signed by both parties.
The revisions to the AGREEMENT are limited to those specific below. All other provisions of the AGREEMENT remain in effect as set forth in Exhibit “A”.
The AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
1. The AGREEMENT term is extended from September 27, 2025, to September 26, 2028.
2. Exhibit B-2 will replace Exhibit B for three-year term and optional auto-renewal pricing at a cost not-to-exceed 5% per year.
3. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
Except as specifically set forth herein, all terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT between the CITY and MAINTSTAR, INC., dated September 27, 2022, shall remain in full force and effect.
