CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-184
ACCEPTING MIDWAY MEADOWS SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council executed an improvement agreement with Discovery Builders, Inc (Developer) for the Midway Meadows Subdivision on December 19, 2023, by Resolution No. 2023-300; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all the required improvements in accordance with the improvement agreement approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the improvements as complete pursuant to the improvement agreement between the City and the Developer approved by the council on December 19, 2023.
