Vice Mayor Pam Bertani called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.

California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, case number A171354 Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Assistant City Manager Farbod Pirouzmand, Public Works Director Sanjay Mishra, and attorney Laurie Hepler (Zoom).
