Amendment 1
To Services Contract
Between
City of Fairfield
and the
OutsourceIT, Inc.
This Amendment No. 1, made by and entered into as of the _____ day of October, 2025, by and between the CITY of FAIRFIELD, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “CITY”), AND OUTSOURCEIT, INC. (hereinafter “SERVICE PROVIDER”), for the purpose of reviewing the Services Contract (hereinafter “AGREEMENT”) dated December 21, 2023 between the parties. This Amendment does not take effect until signed by both parties.
The revisions to the AGREEMENT are limited to those specific below. All other provisions of the AGREEMENT remain in effect as set forth in Exhibit “A”.
The AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
1. The Contract authorization adjustment of $135,000.00 will increase the total authorized amount to $195,000.00 for the remainder of the original contract term.
2. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
Except as specifically set forth herein, all terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT between the CITY and OUTSOURCEIT, INC., dated December 21,2023, shall remain in full force and effect.
