Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Deputy City Attorney Christian Petrangelo called roll. On roll call were Councilmembers Doriss Panduro, Manveer Sandhu, Scott Tonnesen, and Vice Mayor Pam Bertani, and Mayor Moy. Councilmembers Doug Carr, and K. Patrice Williams were absent.
