A. L,andlord is the owner o1'real property conrmonly known as 3305 Cherry Hills Court in the City of Fairfield, County of sofuno, Staie of Califur'nia. more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereio, togeiher with the improvements located thereon (the "Property").

C. Landlord and Tenant have agreed to extend the lease for an additional one year term, and amend the terms ol'the lease so tliat -fenant will begin paying all utilities eft-ective Novetnber 19,2025.
AGIIEEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration o1'the lacts contained in the Recitals above' the mutual covenants ancl conclitions below, and other good and valuable consideration' the receipt and sufficiency of whi"h are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as lbllows:
1. Tcrm. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree the Lease's current term will expire on Novemb "i
