RESOLUTION NO. 2025-214
ACCEPTING THE ENCLAVE RED TOP – UNIT 3 SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council executed an improvement agreement with Albert D. Seeno Construction Company, LLP (Developer) for the Enclave Red Top – Unit 3 Subdivision on February 4, 2025, by Resolution No. 2025-23; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all the required improvements in accordance with the improvement agreement approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the improvements as complete pursuant to the improvement agreement between the City and the Developer approved by the council on February 4, 2025.
