RECOMMENDED ACTION
Adopt resolution.
STATEMENT OF ISSUE
Adoption of the resolution will formally accept the improvements for the Canon Station Planning Area 4 Backbone Landscape as complete.
DISCUSSION
One Lake Holding, LLC (Developer) has completed all the required improvements in accordance with the improvement agreement a dopted by the City Council on July 17, 2018, by Resolution No. 2018-171. The improvements consist of landscaping within the medians and roundabouts along One Lake Drive, Village Square Boulevard, and Lake Place.
Staff inspected the landscape improvements and found them to be complete in accordance with City standards and the requirements of the landscape improvement agreement. The final punch list was completed on September 26 , 2025. The proposed resolution accepts the landscape improvements as being complete, except for the obligation of the Developer to repair or reconstruct defective work for a period of one year after final acceptance.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Upon council acceptance, the ongoing maintenance of the medians and roundabouts landscaping along One Lake Drive, Village Square Boulevard , and Lake Place will be funded by Community Facilities Districts (CFD) 2018-1 and 2023-2.
