RESOLUTION NO. 2025-223
ACCEPTING THE FAIRFIELD-VACAVILLE HANNIGAN TRAIN STATION PARKING LOT PROJECT AS
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the plans and specifications and entered into a contract with Mountain Cascade Inc (Mountain Cascade) for the Fairfield-Vacaville Hannigan Train Station Parking Lot Project (Project) on January 21, 2025, by Resolution No. 2025-07; and
WHEREAS, Mountain Cascade has completed the Project in accordance with the contract approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the Project as complete pursuant to the agreement between the City and Mountain Cascade approved by the council on January 21, 2025.
