RESOLUTION NO. 2025-224
ACCEPTING THE RED TOP ZONE II PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council executed an improvement agreement with Albert D. Seeno Construction Company, LLP (Developer) for the Red Top Zone II Pump Station (Zone II Pump Station) on May 17, 2022, by Resolution No. 2022-92; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all the required improvements in accordance with the improvement agreement approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the improvements as complete pursuant to the improvement agreement between the City and the Developer approved by the council on May 17, 2022.
