RESOLUTION NO. 2025-238
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE CANON STATION – PLANNING AREA 4 LAKE PARK LANDSCAPE – PHASE 2 AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved an improvement agreement with One Lake Holding LLC (Developer) for the Canon Station Planning Area 4 Lake Park Landscape – Phase 2 on November 16, 2021, by Resolution No. 2021-278; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all the require improvements in accordance with the improvement agreement approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the improvements as complete pursuant to the improvement agreement between the City and the Developer approved by the council on November 16, 2021.
