RESOLUTION NO. 2025-241
AMENDING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BENEFITS SUMMARIES FOR NON-
MANAGEMENT CONFIDENTIAL AND CONFIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City Council enacted the Employee Compensation Policy Resolution No. 2000 - 156, establishing the City’s compensation philosophy and guidelines regarding internal relationships between levels within the organization.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The council hereby approves the Benefits Summar ies as outlined in Attachment s 3 and 4 for unrepresented confidential classifications.
Section 2. The city manager is hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary to implement this resolution.
