A. CALL TO ORDER 5:00 PM
Councilmember Doriss Panduro called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.

City Attorney David Lim called roll. On roll call were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Manveer Sandhu, Scott Tonnesen, and K. Pat rice Williams (Zoom), and Mayor Moy (arrived at 5:09 p.m.). Vice Mayor Pam Bertani was absent.

No members of the public were present for public comment.
E. CLOSED SESSION
The City Council went into closed session on the following items with the listed people present:
F. PRESENTATIONS
F.1 Conference with Real Property Negotiators (Government Code 54956.8) Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Community Development Director David Zellers, and Economic Developme nt Specialist Jennifer Rice.
F.2 Conference with Real Property Negotiators (Government Code 54956.8) Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Community Development Director David Zellers, and Economic Development Specialist Jennifer Rice.
F.3 Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation
2 Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Assistant Human Resources Director Angela Broaddus, and Shannon Ripple (Zoom).
F.4 Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation Present were City Attorney David Lim and City Manager David Gassaway.
City Attorney David Lim reported out a settlement with Republic Services during the general meeting immediately following the Closed Session meeting.
F.5 Labor Negotiations
Present were City Attorney David Lim and City Manager David Gassaway.
G. ADJOURN
The City Council came out of closed session. Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:58 p.m.
